MACHINE SHOP
We have a complete machine shop on premises, so we don’t wait for any machine shop services. Equipped with two mills, five boring bars, two lathes, a threading machine and other equipment, we are capable of remanufacturing these motors to the highest standards. The result is a premium quality rebuilt powerhead.
We also offer high performance modifications for enthusiasts with bass boats, ski boats, and speed boats, with no compromise in durability or warranty.
TESTING AND TROUBLESHOOTING
One of our best aids is our test tank facility, two 8 foot tanks mounting almost all modern mid sections complete with lower units and test props. This allows us to test run your powerhead with back pressure and a load, and even allows us to break it in. By this procedure we can almost always locate and correct any problems before delivery. If we ship a rebuilt powerhead to you, you can expect it to be tested, tuned and ready to perform perfectly.
In addition to our test tanks, we have a dynamometer to measure horsepower and performance, as well as the electronic test equipment required to diagnose and tune the new high tech motors.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
We specialize in remanufacturing outboard powerheads, all makes and horsepower. We have a large inventory in stock and we can pick up and rebuild your powerhead as well. In addition to this we have a huge supply of outboard components, new and used, such as lower units, power trims etc. Call for price and availability.
We do not have a published price list. However, you will be quoted by a real person, on the phone, when you call. Emailing prices are available at ccms@terranova.net. The price, unlike our competitors, will be quoted best case to worst case reflecting the value of usable cores. No surprises, just a top quality rebuilt powerhead.
